- The website pks.szczecin.pl does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
- Cookies (“cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, that are stored in the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for the use of the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the terminal equipment, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s terminal equipment and accessing them is the Service operator Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Szczecinie Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Heyki 4, 70-631 Szczecin.

- cookies used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect fraud in the area of authentication within the Service;
- “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the websites of the Service are used;
- “functional” cookies, allowing “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalization of the User interface, e.g., in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, shopping cart settings, login status.
- “advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.
- In many cases, software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows storing cookies on the User’s terminal equipment. Service Users can change cookies settings at any time. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser’s settings or inform about their placement on the Service User’s device each time. - The Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service’s websites.
- Cookies placed on the Service User’s terminal equipment may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
